Cost
The cost for the orthotics is $435.00 (no tax).
If a second pair from the same cast is purchased at the same time the cost of the second pair is $150.00.
Extended Coverage
Most extended health plans provide orthotic coverage and we provide all the paper work required by most plans.
Patients with Green Shield have the option of having us directly bill Green Shield for the orthotics.
Methods of Payment
The orthotics come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
